My husband and I just hosted our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah at Slate on Saturday night, May 12. Between the two of us, I’d venture to say that we have been to and/or hosted events at every venue, every club, every rooftop, every chic bar, every culinary mecca in NYC over the past three decades. The bar set high, we weren’t quite sure if Slate would live up to our expectations. It did, and then some. Specifically, Benjamin Klein, made the day and event unforgettable. His affable manner and keen focus on service made the process simple and stress free. He delivered on everything, and with aplomb. You two are lucky to have him in your employ.
